The truest path to sustainability starts with people and continues through the quality of their work.
Smallholder farmers who have the ability to process their own harvest have more control over the price of their product. This project boot-strapped a small coffee-milling business for a farming family in Kintamani, Bali.
Before starting a product segmentation scheme, we first need a solid understanding of the plot distribution, the breed or variety of trees on each plot, and the growing conditions of each plot (elevation, shade levels, slope-facing, etc).
